General Remodeling
While the owner was in jail, his estimator signed the contract, took a 50% down payment and ran off with the money. The owner refused to refund my deposit and no work was ever started on my home. The owner initially claimed he would "make it right" but then said I should sue his employee because it's not his responsibility.
