They just haven't resolved ongoing issues with my lawn. They are very prompt and courteous, but I've had no resolution to some continued lawn problems after 6 months of using them. I'm disappointed just on the price.

Finally,We have used Massey for many, many years.
For pest control, we started using them back in the 1990's and have always been very happy. It's extremely rare to see any kind of bug in the house and I have some kind of pathological fear of palmetto bugs so that is very important to me. They only come inside to treat if I call or mention that I found something inside, otherwise they treat the exterior and sweep the eaves for spider webs. They've even been known to do some minor trimming of bushes to keep them from touching the house.
For termite control, we have been using them for about 8 years, give or take a couple of years. They put in the Sentricon bait stations around the house and check them periodically, plus come inside once a year to check the walls for signs of termites. I don't know how thorough that is but we haven't had any termites so I guess it works.
For lawn spraying (fertilizing, weed & insect control) we've been using them for 8 years or so. We had an infestation of dollar weed and I finally killed big sections of the lawn with RoundUp and resodded and then called Massey in hopes of preventing another problem. Dollarweed is impossible to get rid of completely, but Massey seems to keep it under control. After a spraying the dollarweed turns yellow and sickly for a while, and it doesn't spread as fast as it used to, but it never completely goes away. Otherwise the lawn is green and seem to be OK. No insect issues that I can find.
Massey isn't the cheapest company around, but they do seem to get results and we've had other companies that just didn't do the job. Their technicians are always professional and polite and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We saw the first application. Some lawn weeds died, most did not. No evidence the applied fertilzer did anything. The 2nd application was done while we were away from the house.
We bought our own weed spray and fertilizer. I sprayed the weeds individually. The grass has started to green up and grow that I attribute to our fertilizer application.
An expensive lesson. Never again.

While doing renovation of our home, we opened a wall to find active termites. We called after hours on a Saturday and whitin an hour had Steve, the GM and a second inspector Jerome there doing a once over on the house. There was also a technician on stand by if we decided to go with treatment right away. We did choose to and Steve and Jerome stayed while we waited for the tech (I dont recall his name) to come. The work to be done was explained to us prior to being done and then done quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with them and will recommend them in the future.

Service of house was good. However do not appreciate them giving out phone number to people who call for payment on their personal cell phones. I received a call after 5 for latest payment and when I returned call the next day a young man answered hello! I told him I must have wrong number (even though I did redial) I was calling for Massey. He then said oh yeah are you calling for payment. I told him I would call office ( don't trust giving out financial info over phone). Hung up to call office for payment and told them was unhappy that they would give my personal information out to some young kid( my son is 35 so was making an observation- sounded young) who was not the technician that has serviced my account over last year+. I felt the young lady was flippant and said she assured me there was no kid calling me. I felt disrespected and dismissed over concern of Massey giving out personal information and lack of professionalism from now 2 of their direct contacts with customers asked for manager who at least knew how to talk with a customer but paid my bill and asked them to cancel service. This in no way reflects the technician who serviced my account. But in these days of fraud you can not trust a company who does not take proper measures

They are very good. If I even see an ant, I call them and they are out that day. One time they called to say they will be 30 minutes late because they got tied up. It is fine and I have't had any problems. I ended up paying $304 because they gave me a $16 discount because I wrote them a check for the whole year.

After having an annual termite inspection done the service tech recommended additional treatment for a different type of termite. I thought this would be very good preventive treatment and agreed to have the treatment done.
I made an appointment and the tech came right on time and explained what he was going to do and proceeded to work.
He went right at it and finished in a very timely manner. He was very polite, knowledgeable and very professional.

We just got back home and found ants rampid in one area of home. Called Massey, where we have a year contract with them already, and they came out right away! So HAPPY!!!! Sprayed and will be out to do their quarterly exterminating (Cost $90.00 every quarter) next week. I would highly recommend this company. I get sprayed for ants, fleas, ticks and cockroaches. They sprayed for spider also. I just asked about termites. TBA. My dog is very happy with the results of NO fleas hopping up on her.NO fleas biting my legs either! My contract will be up next quarter and we have had them for almost a year. Will sign another contract if this performance keeps up. They are also very professional and extremely nice people!

They do a lot of different things. They are great. They have uniforms, are nice, do everything. They clean for spiders, call to remind you and show up. They check for termites. They are the best.

I have a contract with them for $1,000 for the pest control for the interior and exterior. They have done an excellent job. They are an all encompassing service; they replace sod, take care of bugs inside and outside the home, do the bushes and take care of rodents. We get many compliments on our yard from our neighbors.
