Marrs Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Just an all around excellent experience! From start to finish these guys were courteous and professional. They really care about their customers. At no point did I ever feel as if I was in the dark on what was going on with my installation. Steve has an excellent way of talking to his customer where they can understand even the technical aspects of the job in a simple way. I couldn't be happier with the results and my decision to call Marrs Air and Refrigeration. I highly recommend these guys for all your A/C needs!

We got a recommendation for them through our real estate agent. They were very good, very prompt, very responsive. Very happy with them. They were good overall.

We had used Marrs before at our home based on a neighbor referral.  We needed to replace a heat pump unit at a rental property so we called them back.  Randy Marrs met me the next day to give an estimate which was lower that the one the realtor got.  The price of the unit had increased but he said he would honor his price.  After installing the unit, he checked the other unit for no additional costs.  I had to leave and he was not concerned about being paid that day.  He mailed the bill and I was happy to pay.  If I need anything Marrs AC does, they will be the one I call.

They are pretty good and friendly. Their pricing was reasonable. Everything has been working fine. I would use them again in the future.
