Concrete Repair
Very unprofessional business. Work was not completed in a timely manner. They weren’t trying to complete what was stated in the contract. Would tell you coming a day to complete work and never show up. Workers would leave their tools ans trash all over the lawn. Do not use this business!

Concrete Repair, Home Building
The remodel started off fine. The new garage went up quickly. However after that, the entire process became a fiasco. The quality of the work was subpar. The laminate floor that was installed has bubble up in multiple areas. The first area that bubbled up was glued down by the contractor. Now there are multiple other areas are bubbling up. The cabinets in the kitchen were installed poorly and are now beginning to separate from the wall. During the construction, the gutter system on the outside of the house was destroyed. The contractor stated that it would be extra to replace the gutters. The contractor forgot to include a water line in the kitchen for the refrigerator and a vent for the dryer in the laundry room. There are other problems that are too numerous to count. The work remains unfinished 9 months after it was started.
The biggest issue that I am now having is that the contractor has not paid his subcontractors. I have had to pay outstanding balances from the pool, septic system and electrical subcontractors because the contractor was not paying them. The subcontractors were not returning to complete work. The contractor was blaming the subcontractors. However, when I contacted several subcontractors, I discovered that they were not returning because they were not being paid. I had 3 liens on my property that I had to clear up because of unpaid bills.
I have had to contact a lawyer to help me get rid of the contractor and attempt to recoup some of the money that I have lost in the process.
If Lorenzo Toney or anyone from Marlo Designs comes near your property you should send them away immediately.
