I have repeatedly complained to the managers at M & M that their workers are killing my grass with going in the same pattern with their large mowers and have caused ditches in my yard. Additionally I have asked numerous times for them to not edge around my house as I'm allowing, or trying to allow, the grass to grow up to my home but NO they continue to edge around my house even though I've repeatedly asked them not to. When I call to request that they not do this I am told that a supervisor will be in touch and no one ever calls. I have gotten about 2 calls from the supervisors out of the 5 times I've complained. Their follow up could really use some improving. I would never hire them or refer anyone to them!

somewhat sloppy, didn't offer to seal concrete, crooked in layout and claimed "not a big deal, it's hard to make a straight line" then left me with a broken hose. Also didn't lay curb as I requested.
