I purchased a big deal because I needed to get an estimate to replace a shed that was damaged during hurricane Matthew. I never received a call from the contractor. I've called him multiple times about different issues. I've even emailed him and I never heard back.

Lowman Brothers met and exceeded our expectations.  Jon and Mona are so responsive and wonderful to work with.   After discussing our remodel/addition idea with several contractors, Lowman Brothers stood out.  Not only was the pricing just right, but it was easy to feel their passion for what they do right from the get go.  As we got down to business, that passion never diminished.   We had them remodel most of our house and add a large addition + new porch slab.  A whole different feel than anyone else out there.  They worked with us right up until we were 100% satsified with the end result.  This is a company that really puts effort into maintaining the excellent reputation they have earned!

Jon was profession from the first time we met about my job. He was honest and up front about all the cost. He predicted the build out would cost $150,000 which was almost exactly the cost of our build out. We had over 10 meetings before we began to discuss what we wanted and what our dream place would look like. 
Jon made sure contractors were on time and held to a schedule. The work was flawless from beginning to end. Even when there was a few hiccups he was there to take care of them with no added time on the build out.
Jon worked with the city and made sure we received every permit we needed and we earned our COA on the first walk through.
Lowman Brothers made our dream location come true. He was easy to get a hold of for any and all questions. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and to make sure our building was perfect.

It was a long process that involved many sub contractors of DRL. They were the " General". The measuring ( after the estimate), ordering materials, pouring concrete slab and tying it into my existing foundation, buildling the concrete block structure, adding the roof and tying it into the existing roof along with matching soffet, new garage door with opener, adding a back door and porch light, adding electrical to the garage, painting, stucco, and finishing. They did an excellent job overall.
