Lance was a Genus! He worked out the cost to my satisfaction and did a unbelievable good job. I looked for 30 min. to find a mistake, not one was found. He was pleasant to talk to, on time and cleaned up afterwards. A very neat job I must say. This guy is very professional and we were so happy to have found him. The best part was the price. I highly recommend them. He has a nice guarantee and will use him again real soon. Very nice personality and well mannered helpers.

From the day of the bid to the end of the job, Lance's Painting was perfect. The owner is on the job every day. They were always on time, always professional. They were in motion from the minute they arrived, and never wasted time.
The job was completed on time with great results, and our neighbors have been very complimentary.
