L H TANNER CONSTRUCTION CORP

Contractor was eager to get the business, despite not having lowest bid. Touted higher quality, and more professionalism.   Convinced me that the size of job did not require a permit.  Work was performed quickly and on time. I personally found and identified multiple issues that were not to code or in accordance with suppliers installation requirements (storm window).  Paid more thinking I would get higher quality,  don't be fooled.  Shame on me for not getting a permit.

All went well. some problems with the framing but Tanner had subcontractor fix asap.

I was out of town most of the summer and the job did not go as expected.  The owners of Tanner are very nice and seem very knowledgeable.  The job did not go well but, I take some of the responsibility for not being on the job and/or available to follow through.

They were very professional right from the beginning from the owner, to his lead Manager all the way to the entry level worker. They were on time, weren't loud as in yelling or being obnoxious.  They had a plan every week and pretty much completed it except for one week which I know is really rare with builders. I had several change orders and they took care of them let me know the cost and most of all did it in budget and on schedule.  And .......let me not forget they finished the punch list up fast, thank you sooo much Rob!

Everyone who has been to our house has been very knowledgeable,polite and professional.
