Well done in timely fashion

I use them on a regular basis. He has excellent price. He never misses the day that he is supposed to be here.

Awesome work, Came very early as promised, looked very professional, had the job completed and hauled away very quickly. The work was done perfectly and job site was left clean. The workers did NOT talk on any cel phones while working, they only spoke to each other about the work being done on my job. There was no trash left behind. I highly recommend K.R. Services and will use them again for other services also.

I was very impressed with him. He wouldn't start work til he went over the trees I wanted trimmed and how far back using a laser pointer. He then wouldn't accept payment til I was happy with the work he had done. He trimmed everything to my specifications. He arrived on time each time he said he would show up and he hauled everything away. I have his card and will use him again and again.

Keith is very dependable about showing up. No matter whether it is a holiday or not, he's there to cut the lawn and trim the edges. He is also very professional when dealing with customers. He's very, very fast. Our lot is about 100 x 75 feet. It takes him less than half an hour to do the whole thing, including edging. For your monthly fee, he does the lawn mowing and edge trimming -- absolutely nothing else, even during the winter. During the winter, he only shows up about once a month. If you want something else, you will need to contact him and arrange for an additional fee. For example, we asked him to weed the front beds. I think he charged us about $15 extra which I thought was a great deal, until I realized what he was doing. He sprayed the weeds with weed killer and left them there to die. Nothing was pulled. I could have done the same thing for a lot less.

You also have to be careful about trimming any bushes. If you trim your bushes, but leave a couple of twigs he won't mow that area, because his mower wheels are delicate and he'll get a flat. To be fair, I have some bougainvillaeas which have thorns, but he did the same thing with the hibiscus which I can walk over barefooted.

Lastly, if your lawn is soft or slightly soggy, his mower might make some ruts in your lawn. We had some problems with that.

His name is Keith Rutkowski. He is pretty cheap. He does 4 houses in a row so he gave us a pretty good break because he can just park his truck. If we were an individual house it would be more. He also does tree trimming and has cleared our back area when it is overgrown. He does full landscaping in addition to mowing. He will make a deal if a number of neighbors get together. I will absolutely continue to use him.

Keith and a helper arrived at 8 a.m. and were done by mid-afternoon. Initially, the oak that was cut down appeared to just need trimming, but closer examination showed severe amount of mistletoe and total removal was warranted. A large oak planted by my wife over 30 years ago had a big low hanging limb over the street -a FedEx 18-wheeler had backed into the limb and cracked it back in June. Another oak had a rotted low hanging limb. Keith cut down and removed all the debris. I had hired Keith back in May 2006 to trim the oak trees and cut back a huge sea grape. The same professional no-nonsense attitude he had back then was evident now. I will use Keith again and recommend him to anyone who needs tree work done.
