JW and team were extremely helpful and professional from the start. The quote was reasonable and I appreciated their suggestions to help me stay within budget. Everyone was friendly and prompt. I’m very happy with the results and would hire again!

They sent a guy out to do drywall repair due to a leak. The guy did a horrible job with the ceiling texture, but was also supposed to come back the following day to finish painting. He never came, but they told me they were going to send the owner out to fix the texture anyway. I waited for that, and the owner no showed! So- they no showed twice. I got a text of them stating that they are low on workers and trying their best. Nope- a simple text that says "hey, we are having a hard time with workers right now, and need to reschedule. I wanted to let you know so you don't wait around for us!" is trying your best. They said they would reach out when they can get me on the schedule again- its been FIVE WEEKS folks! Thankfully, because it is such a small project, they didn't require any money down. That being said, they left my laundry room in a worst state than it previously was.

JW was amazing. I needed the grab bars installed in a shower quickly after a family member suffered from medical issues. They gave me an accurate quote and worked with my schedule to set up a time to come out. Mark did a fantastic job with the installation.

JW did a fantastic job on our guest bathroom. We gave them a tight deadline and they completed the project early. With such an old house, complications arose, but they handled them with great technical skill. We love our new bathroom and are hiring them to do our next project. Highly recommend!

It didn't. No one called me back

Horrible, this company was the absolute worst. They quoted 2 weeks for the job initially then it took over 10 weeks and they still didn't finish the job before we asked them for some of our money back to find another vendor. They didn't return any of the money. They charged us, so we paid for the entire project by week 8. They continually said they needed more money for X, Y, and Z. I paid $2000 in overtime costs and got basically nothing for that, but was desperate at this point as we were in a hotel and needed to move in asap. They spread dust over all of our furniture, I honestly can't really overstate how horrible this company is. At the end, I was able to find several other customers of theirs and they all reported similar or worse experiences to ours. Katie and her husband Jeremy lied to us repeatedly about when people would be working and for how long............they lies were outrageous at the end!!!

I am questionable about whether I would hire again. The quality of the work was performed to my satisfaction. However, there were a couple of issues encountered. 1) I secured the 1/4 round trim through JW. They agreed to have it delivered in time for my painter to paint the trim. This was not done, They did deliver trim that was primed. Minor difference but it was not what was agreed to. When I expressed my concern, I got no response. 2) One contractor was sent to basically take up the old flooring and to install the new flooring, It was a large job for one person. When they did send additional help, they sent a trainee who knew very little about floor installations. I requested that this person not be sent back. 3) I had two additional rooms that I was contemplating installing new flooring. As such, I asked the contractor to hold off on installing the transitions between room until that decision was made. Although JW submitted an invoice with a payment due date 30 days out, I paid them the same day the work was completed. Since making said payment, I have not been able to get them to complete the unfinished work nor to submit a quote for the other rooms. I guess the project is not large enough. What they do not understand is that I was considering them for my bathroom remodeling project. Not sure about that now. I would also make sure that all agreements are in writing, no more verbals agreements and no more full payments before work is totally completed.

Awesome work. Complete gut and rebuild of master bathroom. Very knowledgeable and talented crew. Very satisfied with the new bathroom. Cost of the labor was reasonable. Will recommend them and use their services again.

We had a large clog in our shower. JW handyman came out at 9pm, stayed until the job was complete! They were able to get the clog and taught us a little about our plumbing and what should be done yearly. Very knowledgeable and helpful!
