Joyce Miller New Image Styling Salon Owner

Well this woman who has been going there for years told the nail tech that by no means would anyone disturb her appointment. Because of the MS my fingers shake at times an I mess up the polish which takes 2 seconds to fix. The woman refused to let the nail tech fix it even tho she didn't have to get up which meant by now, I was 4 hours for medication, 4 hours i a transfer wheelchair and feeling very sick. The shop owner tried to fix my nail, only to make it worse. At this point my husband was infuriated. He called the shop and was told by the nail tech that Joyce would call that evening and explain. Never explained. It was my own stupidity. I should have realized that she was no to be trusted. She talks negatively about everyone including her family she listens in on employee conversations. One employee is so afraid she will not do as she has 2 young children. found a great professional salon and a woman who is totally on trend. We discussed ideas and came up with a great plan. So she said very little about my hair until I asked. She said it was the worst cut she's seen in the last 10 years. She said it was choppy, unstyled and had no movement. She said the highlights were ok but not for around the face and poorly positioned.
