They do a good job with my oil changes. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

I didn't see what they do. They give you an estimate of what you are going to do. You say go ahead and do that, its ok. They checked the coolant and radiator, and all that. They want to get as much money in, as they can. Its an business. Anywhere you go. Asked if you want this and that, and I said forget it.

Everything went fine.  Service was quick.  I have gone to them for both my vehicles for years.  Always courteous.  Coupons for oil changes.

Went very well, completed in less than half an hour. Price is more than competitors, but service supported.

I have been doing business with this Jiffy Lube for many years. The price is on the high side, but they perform some extra things like topping off fluids, checking tire pressure, cleaning exterior windows, and vacumning the inside, all as a part of their Signature Oil Change. They are always courteous and get the car through quickly. There is a coupon available either by mail if you are on their mail list or on their national site on-line.They have always done a good job and the biggest plus is the quick turn-around.

I have been using this service provider for many years and have never had anything but exceptional service. They greet you politely when you pull up, escort you to the waiting room, let you know approximately how long it will be (about 10 minutes for basic service if no one is in front of you). They tell you what services are recommended, but never pressure you to do any extra work. They will show you a part or filter that could need replaced, but again don't pressure you to do it. They are unfailingly polite and offer many discounts and coupons along with reminders of service due. When you car is finished, they pull the car out of the garage and leave the door open for you, then come get you holding the door for you and escorting you to your car. Again unfailingly polite. I even came at one minute before closing one time and apologized, but was desperate because I was leaving for a trip and they took just as good of care of me and my car as if I was the first customer of the day.
