Jay and helper were the most professional and courteous service personnel I have had the pleasure dealing with in Brevard County. Provided a written system health and status checklist for all work and observations. Highly recommend Jay's Air and Heat; these guys have set the bar very high for the competition. Will definitely use and recommend them in the future, they are already on my calendar to schedule an annual maintenance next year.

I was totally satisfied with the work. The did the AC replacement first, then the duct replacement. It got so hot, that they had to come back to finish the duct work. He is great.

Jay did a great job as usual. They cleaned up the area after cutting through the wall and was able to get the duct lined up correctly on the first try. His prices are very fair and the workmanship is outstanding.

Jay was a professional.  He came to give us the estimate, he asked just a few key questions and then listened.  After about 10 minutes of discussion back and forth, he went to his truck and worked up several estimates.  He brought in a tablet and showed me the options and the several he thought were the best to consider.  He emailed me ALL the estimates (there were 9) because I really like to go through the details.  My home was sized right between a 3 ton and 3.5 ton unit; I decided to go with the 3.5 ton since I have vaulted ceilings.
At the time of the estimate, Jay told me who would be doing the install.  His main guy has 9 years of experience and he would be the lead for the job.  I hired Jay the next day and we set up install about 4 days later.  Jay brought a portable A/C unit that day to help keep the house reasonably cool.
On the scheduled day (yesterday), the crew showed up on time.  Super polite, professional, they just got busy.  The workmanship is superb...the way the lines are run is like a work of art.  Perfectly straight, nice square bends.  The plenum was hand made and looks great too.  Jay was there periodically thoughout the day, as he said he would be.
Jay's quote was very competitive (not the cheapest), but I'd say the value was unbeatable.  If you want a quality A/C system for a fair price, installed by courteous and talented technicians, sold from a small business owner that obviously knows his stuff and how to treat customers, you owe it to yourself to call Jay and see for yourself.

My new A/C system is perfect, Jay is great and I couldn't recommend anyone more highly. Done on time and as promised, fair price for the extensive work and having to install an air handler in the attic as requested.  These guys are the best.  The easiest way to tell is when other professionals look at Jay's work, as they have at my home, as they say "whoever did your A/C sure did a great job, all this ducting is perfect and sealed properly". As highly recommended as possible.

The tech came out to my house and was very professional and willing to fix my A/C rather then just sell me on a replacement. I have a 13 year old system where the Schrader value leaked enough to cause my system to start freezing up. Jay's repair prices are quite good and his price for Freon was very fair as compared to others in the area. After fixing the value, the tech did a proper leak check using a freon detection meter on all exposed joints both at the condenser and handler. I really appreciate the time the tech took to verify the diagnosis I got from a different company was correct. I will definitely use Jay's for any future repairs and eventual A/C replacement.

They went fine. It was great. They are wonderful. They came out there took care of the problem and he was very detail oriented and we will use him again.

Our A/C system went belly up and we called several different contractors.  Jay was the first one out, quickly identified the source of the problem and recommended we install a new A/C system with heat pump.  Jay guaranteed that we would save energy (and money) with the recommended system and was there first thing the next day to install it.  He and his team took the time to explain the issues that we had, what they were doing and why, and took the extra time to rebuild the platform that the unit stood on as well as replace ducts and underground pipes.  His team also carefully explained the new thermostat, how to maintain the system and what to do to make sure the 10 year warranty would be honored.  In less than a year, we have saved $700 in electricity costs and have been able to keep our house at a much lower temperature than we were before.  Jay is awesome!  Highly recommend him and his team!

I had a previous air conditioning contractor install an HVAC system for my home during a renovation.  The installation was done very poorly.  The air conditioning units began to leak in the attic and had to be taken out of the attic.  The air distribution in the home was poorly distributed as well.  Jay removed both units from the ceiling.  He redid the duct work so that the air conditioning was properly distributed within the home.  One system could be run in the bedroom areas and a separate could be run for the living and common areas.  His price was comperable to the competition.  However, when he applied the discount coupon from Angie's list, his price was cheaper.

The existing air handling unit was located in the attic above my dining room.  Jay recommended placing the new unit in the garage. I readily agreed, as it would be easier to replace the air filter, with not chance of water leaking into my dining room.  Jay & his crew of three worked over 10 hours in one day to take the existing unit out, install all new ductwork and both HVAC units.  I was extremely pleased with their professional installation.  Jay recommended and installed a Bryant unit with a humidifing unit that reduces humidity, thus keeping the temperature down, and reducing the monthly operating cost.  I will be calling Jay's Air & Heat when I need to replace the HVAC unit in my bedroom area.

Called and showed up on time.  Worked quickly and let me know everything that they were doing.  Answered all my questions.  Would certainly recommend!!!

The service tecnician arrived promptly, was courteous, and rectified my problem in a professional manner.  He replaced a capacitor and a burned wire, added a small amount of refrigerant, blew out the drain lines  and cleaned the sediment pan.  He explained what he was doing clearly and did not attempt to do expensive work that was not required. I was very satisfied with his work.
