The owner is super nice, all the employees are helpful, & selection is great. Would definitely use again!
The person(s) sent to do the installation was very professional and efficient. He had over 20 years in the business of laying tile and did a superb job laying out the job and making necessary cuts. Essentially, no joint was required between any wall because of his abilities. He also recommended that more base be installed to make the bathrooms look proper and this was done with no change in the cost of the contract. It was labor and no material increase.
Work was completed on time.
My use of Island Tile was based upon wanting a firm that had been in business for years, was knowledgeable which meant they were not the least expensive supplier, but of quality. The results would be visible for years and I wanted no regrets. I looked for a firm that had a wide variety of tiles and a wide choice of price points. I wanted to hire one firm who would do the complete job and be accountable. Many other people who quoted would require me to hire subcontractors. I got all that I was looking for.

We have a boutique showroom with exquisite products in stock for immediate delivery affordability priced between $1.99 sq ft to $4.25 sq ft. We also have an adjacent store The Flooring Warehouse Outlet, also everything is direct imported and in stock for immediate delivery with very low priced tiles from .50c sq ft to $1.99 sq ft. Many of the products in this store were products that sold for $3.00 -$4.00 sq ft.originally and we are passing our buying power and savings on to our customers. We are very fortunate that most of the local home improvement stores refer business to us, for customers looking for something a bit nicer than what they carry, we have also sold a lot of tile to employees that work in the flooring departments of both major stores. We have the finest installation department in the area, true craftsmen that have been working for us for over 10 years. We stay very busy and have countless unsolicited letters of referral. We can do basic installation and very intricate work that requires a true craftsman. Our floor installation prices are not a secret, they start at $2.85 sq ft, and we offer free estimates as we need to see what the total job entails to give you a firm price.
