Inspect & Save

Kris and his assistant were very thorough, walkthrough included going to the attic, pointing out missing insulation, plumbing check (found that the hot and cold water was switched in one of the bathrooms), and also had a separate termite inspector come out (paid separately). Very professional, came highly recommended from several neighbors at Nextdoor. Definitely recommend.

My inspector, Chris, did a great job. He was courteous, called if he was delayed, thorough (crawled in places I wouldn't go) and caught some issues I never would have noticed. He took his time and covered everything. He was a true professional. I received a thorough report with easy to read symbols and great pictures. He gets my highest recommendation.

We bought a new home and had Kris come out to do a wind mitigation inspection so that we could get better discounts on our homeowners insurance. When he arrived, he explained what parts of the house he would be inspecting and showed us the form with the relevant categories. He then went all around the house, occasionally coming back and explaining both good and bad things he saw. In the end, he showed me everything he filled out on the form and explained what level of wind mitigation we would be categorized under. He also filled me in on things I could add or modify on the house if I wanted to reach the next highest level. Overall, Kris was great and this was a good experience. We're still waiting to hear back from the insurance company on how much we'll save, but I'm confident it was worthwhile investment.
