The owner is an extremely nice man...polite, warm and friendly. When I called him to clean some spots in my carpet, we set a date. The day before the appointment, he called and cancelled. We set another date, but he never showed up. I called him and he thought that we had set the date on a different day. If only he had written it down, he would have had the date straight. While we were talking, we set another date. His employee showed up, but late. Very nice guy. He took out all the deep stains and said they had a guarantee. If the spots return, then they would come back for free and redo the spot removal. He said that I should not have to worry about that because he put a lot of pre-treat on it and the type of cleaning they do, the spots would not return. Two weeks later, the spots returned!! I called him and he said he would take care of that. So we set a date for him to return, but he never showed up and never even called me with an excuse. I did not call him. I WAS DONE!!
