I hired Jim in Jan 2020 when I purchased my home. In the 5 months Jim was doing my lawn I had to contact him 3 times when my lawn was skipped. He would give a "flip" excuse for not doing the lawn each time. I prepaid for June 2020, But hired another service when I had to contact him again when my lawn was skipped. I asked 3 times for a refund for the unused money but he has ignored each of my requests.

Jim is a good person. He is a very nice guy and is always reliable. His helpers are all good as well.

He does a great job, and if there are ever any concerns, he addresses it and does not give you any hassle. He is very easy to speak with.
