Pool and Spa Servicing
They didn't give me the pool that I thought I was getting. The one that they delivered doesn't look like the one I wanted. It has huge a-frames on it for support. The liner detached from the side of the pool the next day after I got it. It was supposed to be free-standing. I had to call them to come fix the liner. Three days later it split again. This time 10,000 gallons of water flooded mine and my neighbors yard. When the installer put it in, he dug up my yard. He said he didn't have the means to fix what he had done. From the beginning there were parts missing. They had to keep coming back with additional parts. They put regular screws in the pump so it will eventually rust if I don't replace them myself. I am now taking them to small claims court.
