They come in, they check all the stations.  I have something like thirty of them around my house.  They do a termite activity check, status check and a station maintenance so on thirty different termite detection stations.  That’s a standard process.  They just do the job.  They do the job you expect to be done.  They are very professional and their prices are in line with just about anybody I know.

They are very consistent and have been so forever.  Nothing changes about my rating for any individual service.  I don’t have any problems with them and their services are what I expect so I have no reason to change.

They use a Centricon Termite Protection System.  They come in and check all my termite activity stations and replenish items or renew the stations and do a check on that. I don’t have any termites.  Their overall professionalism, their service representatives are very professional in how they deal with me, the customer.  They come in and get the job done and they are not very invasive or intrusive.

I have been using them for the last 15 years. They are very reliable and very good. They will let me know when they are coming. If I have any issues, they will come back and fix the problem.

The services are fine. They were pretty much the one service that was providing treatments through a system where it's injected into the outside of the house and is goes to the interior.

They are friendly and responsive. If you call with a problem they come right out.

I would recommend their service and I give them an A for everything.

I have been using them for about a year and a half. I am not home when he comes so he leaves me a note about what he has done. He is very good and I will use him again in the future.

He did the spraying on ants for free. They come in and they do their job. I haven’t had anybody else to compare the price with. It’s not an appointment they just show up every three months. I would continue to use them again in the future.

The person arrived at the time agreed upon, followed the ants' path to their entry points; applied the appropriate defense barrier (some sort of almost invisible paste). Checked also around the windows outside and performed the same treatment where necessary. As he had predicted there were no more ants  inside the house within a week. He is  a very knowledgeable and most efficiently working person.

They are very nice. I saw a big spider and called them and they came out right away. I haven't saw a spider since they were here. I will continue to use their services in the future.

Initially, the company refused to honor our claim for termite damage under the warranty. However, after they became aware of the complaint we posted on Angie's List, they were willing to work out a settlement with us.

I called them and they came out the next day. They come the same time every month. I haven't had a single pest problem since they have started spraying.

They service every 3 months.  The price is for every 3 months.  My house is new so they have in-wall treatment.  They pressurize and pump the pesticide inside the walls so they don't have to come in.  It is really cool.  They are extremely personable.  Whenever I first signed up for them, the guy came over.  They wanted to make sure that I was at home the first time the guy came out.  They wanted the first one to be inside.  They came in and sprayed the inside.  He talked about the services they provided, what he would be doing, and about the checks.  It's always the same guy.  He was extremely personable.  They follow up with phone calls almost after every service to find out if he did the work and if there were any complaints.  The one time I called them when I had a mole problem, they said they would have their person out there in an hour's time.  The guy is very detailed.  I have never had any problem with bugs at all.  Their customer service is just outstanding.  The last time he was over, I was describing a bug I had seen to him and he explained everything about the bug to me.  He was honest and knowledgeable.

They do a great a job. We have been using this company for ten years. They are very responsive and professional.

They are very, very responsible. For example, if they come and I am not here, but my dogs are outside, they will call me on my cell to see if I can come home and bring the dogs in or if they should come back another time. They don't want to risk endangering the dogs. They are very thorough, professional and sensitive to the needs of me, the owner. They always go above and beyond the call of duty, at least by our standards! The price we pay is per quarter. If you want them to cover the entire garden with maybe flea control or other services, they have additional pricing available.
