.Mike was very helpful in helping to choose what I wanted at a price I could afford. The installers were polite and friendly and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone. We are all very pleased with the results

I spent a couple of days negotiating with the owner on price. He hung up on me once when I called him to discuss the idea that the price was too high. The installation went very well, and the work was done as promised. As far as I'm concerned, the floor looks beautiful. However, after dropping my tv (20inch) on it, 3 boards were damaged and had to be replaced. I think that the laminate I purchased is glorified cardboard, and I paid too much. Should've shopped around more. My fault.

Worst tile install I have even seen. Uneven (especially the shower), some hollow spots, uneven group application, poor tile spacing, poor tile cuts, very messy workers, poor clean up,
Installers seemed to be novices. Nice guys, but did a very poor job (especially the shower).
The story is too long to tell.
Unfortunately, installed tile isn't something you can return to the store. Once the tile was put down, there isn't much that can be done!

Mr. Morrow promptly returned my call for an estimate to replace the carpet throughout a house I just purchased. He showed up on-time for our scheduled appointment and we reviewed some samples of carpet. He assisted me in picking a color and quality of flooring for the rental. As it turned out, our painting contractors were done earlier than scheduled and Mr. Morrow was able to complete the carpet install earlier than our scheduled date.
I was very happy with the workmanship and the carpet looks fantastic. They hauled away the old carpet and did not damage any of the walls on the installation. I will use him all any future projects that arise.

Everything went good, start to finish. The installers were on time and cleaned up the rooms before leaving. I was very pleased with the service and with the carpet pricing.

I needed to have surgery and wanted to have the tile installed and my home cleaned up before that. Mike worked with me and had the installers begin work on 3/12/12. They completed all work on 3/14/12.
The two installers began in one area and after it set, they moved all of my furniture into that section and completed the rest of the house. When they were done, they were kind enough to put the furniture where I wanted it. The installers were professional, courteous, informative and trustworthy. I left them the keys to my home because I had to go to work. They did an excellent job! I've had so many compliments on my new floor!

We received a very nice discount from him because we went through Angie's List. They were very professional and on time.

I waited to put in a review because i wanted to see how the floor held up and how I liked it, I am very pleased with the professionalism of the owner and the quality of the installer..for the price I did have to move a fair bit of the furniture, I wanted to move the small "delicate stuff" but the bigger heavier pieces they moved and I have not had any problems with the floor.

Perfect from start to finish.

Mike brought samples and after a few trips I decided on the material, the date was set, material was delivered Mike unloaded it himself. Installers did a great job, both men worked well together and did a great job. Very happy with the whole experience, which sometimes can be a nightmare when you hire a company to do work in your home.

THE WORK WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND THE CREW OF 3 MEN COMPLETED THE ENTIRE PROJECT IN 4 HOURS WHICH WAS AMAZING CONSIDERING THEY HAD TO MOVE SEVERAL HEAVY OBJECTS IE., SELECT COMFORT BED AND 2 HEAVY DRESSERS & TV COSOLE FROM THE MASTER BRM. CRAFTMATIC BED AND 3 HEAVY DRESSERS FROM THE GUEST BR ALONG WITH A SOFA BED, TV CONSOLE AND STAND AND 2 LIFT CHAIRS IN THE LIVING ROOM. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE COURTEOUS INSTALLERS AND THE HANDS-ON APPROACH OF MIKE McMORROW, THE OWNER WHO TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE WORK THAT WOULD BE DONE AND HIS FOLLOWUP TO CHECK ON THE PROGRESS AND AGAIN BEING PRESENT UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT TO ENSURE THAT WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS FLOORING SPECIALIST TO ANYONE NEEDING WORK DONE. IN FACT, WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY THAT WE HAVE DECIDED TO HAVE OUR KITSHEN AND DEN RE-DONE WITH LAMINATE FLOORING TO CORRECT A SHABBY JOB DONE BY ANOTHER LOCAL COMPANY ONLY 3 YEARS AGO AND WAS ALREADY COMING UP IN SOME AREAS.

Owner came to our home with samples, measured rooms for total square footage and total number of laminated pieces. Estimate was right on the money with a partial package left over. The entire installation was completed in two days and on the days scheduled. One small problem with a bedroom doorway threshold molding. Store owner has scheduled a revisit by the installer to replace the molding. The rest of the installation was excellent.
