I noticed the "maybe" in your review...we would love the opportunity to make it up to you in the future if there are any other projects you need help with. We've actually hired 2 experienced Designers in the last 9 months or so to adjust to the increasing demand. It was probably me that you were talking to last year...I'm not very good at saying no even when I was completely buried with projects. I was being truthful in that I WANTED to do your project...unfortunately I missed the boat on getting the design back to you in a timely manner via email. I apologize for that. Let us know if we can help in the future...maybe you can upgrade that brutal "F" grade (ouch!) once you see what we can do. FWIW, we rarely come on here since we're not "formal" members...hence the delay in response (a client of mine actually told me about your review). Hope your project turned out well, Chris Leach"
