HARLEY-DAVIDSON

All Harley dealers are supposed to be uniformly good.  We live about 30 miles from where this dealership was so I drove all the way up there and they worked on my bike.  They washed it and it kind of looked crappy, they didn't wash off all the soap. Unfortunately for them, I went to a place in Connecticut where they did a superb job.  I got all the way back here and I noticed I had oil on one of my saddle bags and it was leaking out of the side of the engine.  The reason was because they put the wrong seal on it.  I called and talked to the technician and his response was drive it back up here. So, for one the quality control sucked.  Two, the other place I went to probably would have come out, picked up the bike, washed and waxed it again and given me a $100 gift certificate. Instead, the actual technician took a $10 bill out of his wallet and said he was sorry and this is for the gas.  In the waiting room, it's supposed to be  professional place where you might bring your kids and they were like porn magazines.  It's a strange place.
