Gerard was awesome. Came to estimate the work the day after I called. Discussed the solution in detail and started work 2 days later. Made it much sturdier that I would have done myself. Very nice and easy to work with. When he arrived I wanted it extended and a sprinkler moved. He simply added the work to his plan. Finished it in a day. I would hire him again.

He's a very honest man. He showed up very promptly. Actually, he came the very day I called him. He was so busy he said it might be 6:00 tonight before I get to you, and I said fine, but he showed up at 4:00. He started the very next day and he worked for a whole week. He didn't start screaming for his check immediately, didn't ask for an advance. He had to go buy a lot of materials, so I was waiting for him to ask me for any money, but he didn't. He did a good job and he was very conscientious, and he had good help with him. He had to put back a fence, and he had to fix my garage. He did all of that. He was very reasonable. He's a really honest guy. I would give them a 12 out of 10, because they are honest, they're hard working, but they're a small company. Remember that, so if you want to give them huge jobs, they won't be able to do industrial-type jobs. We were very pleased with them. It was an old fence. He was always texting you and telling you when he was coming. If he was going to be late he'd tell you why he was going to be late. He was just very informative.

Gerard is very knowledgeable. I think he can do virtually anything.. He was able to complete my entire list. He was prompt, polite and efficient. He worked quietly and cleaned up after his work. His cost was reasonable and the quality of his work was excellent. I highly recommend him for any job you have. He is now my handyman for life.

GERARD DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB.  VERY PROFESSIONAL AND METICULOUS.  THIS GENTLEMAN IS TRULY A GREAT WORKER AND TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK.  HE WAS PROMPT WITH HIS APPOINTMENT, DOES NOT WASTE TIME, DID NOT EVEN TAKE ONE BREAK.  WORKED CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL HE WAS FINISHED.  AS FOR THE COST VERY REASONABLE.

If you want a professional, timely, efficient and reasonably priced handyman, HANDYMAN DIRECT, Gerard Luisi, is your man.  Gerard has helped me with tough chores and has done a great job.  He installed/replaced three toilets in a few hours and at a very good price.  Most recently, he repaired a shower door that was deemed unrepairable by bath/kitchen experts.  Gerard actually made a replacement for a worn part in order to economically repair the door.  Otherwise, it would have cost hundreds of dollars to replace the shower door.  Is that initiative or what? Clean, efficient and job well done!

Mr. Luisi was very prompt. He worked diligently the whole time and did not waste any time. Even when he had to go get supplies, he went and came back very quickly. We were very pleased and would definitely call him again.

He has done all kinds of things. We have used him many times. He put in a fan. He fixed some big tall lights that are up on the ceiling because we don't have a ladder. He has put things on the wall for us with a special drill to go through the outside cement that we don't have. His prices are very good. He prices per job. It has never been outrageously high. Our smoke alarm started going off and you know it was like crazy. He came and he replaced it. He needed more and he went to Lowe's and bought the stuff. he came back and did it right away. I was real impressed with that.
