About us
The founders of GW Pumps and Purification are in the 4th generation of being in the water business. Plumbing, Water Well Drilling, Water Pumps, and Water Treatment has been in our family for a long time. Growing up around the water business has taught me more than I ever learned in college. It taught me the true importance of customer service. Not from a text book, but from a livelihood which was dependent upon providing world class customer service. It also taught me the science side of water treatment. In science class, the ions and molecules didn't mean much. But in the water business, they become very interesting. Understanding how they react so they can be removed or exchanged became captivating. And even more intriguing is how the numerous factors in water can affect the performance of certain water treatment technologies. We also grew up understanding the importance of having a water system that worked properly. When a pump fails, water stops moving, and no one is happy. After calling GW Pumps and Purification, we strive to repair each system on our first trip so your water will be working soon. Although it is nice to earn a living in this business, it is truly rewarding when a client appreciates getting their system fixed. Many years ago, I remember being a small boy and my grandfather sharing with some values which I hold on to this day. Integrity, Honor, Leadership, and Caring for Other are just a few. These values have been interwoven in the fabric of who GW Pumps and Purification is today. We believe that if we do things right, the first time, our customers will appreciate us and use us time and time again. We also have found that they will refer our company to their friends, neighbors, co-workers and extended family. "First I want to apologize for not responding sooner. I haven't checked reviews on this site for entirely too long. We are sorry that you felt Tamilyn did not live up to your expectations. We do train our team to be customer orientated. And I do see she did provide a $900 quote for work including adding a safety protection control and a Franklin Electric pump. Franklin Electric pumps are backed by a longer warranty than industry standards. Although we try to be price-sensitive, we do focus on providing quality products. I assume this superior product combined with adding safety protection controls caused our price to be higher than some of the prices provided by the company you hired. We are sincerely sorry you didn't have as good of an experience with our company during this visit as you had with our company during previous visits. Lastly, I have addressed your concerns with Tamilyn so she might improve. In the meantime, we would happy to serve you in the future by sending out one of our other technicians."
