Where do I begin with Mike. Mike the Mold Guy as we call him in our family. He is the only silver lining in a horrible mold situation. I could NOT have done this without Mike. He has been my right hand man with this entire process. He sticks with you throughout the entire process and always helps you out. This man saved my life . I was very sick after Erma and my insurance co. Disputed the mold in the house . I ended up sick with MAC non infectious TB . As a result of the air quality . This man Mike Hostetler came into my home after a dream I had of a man in a green shirt standing in a room. The next morning I get a knock on my door . I opened it and Mike said God sent me . I prayed for help . I was very sick . He was wearing a blue shirt . It read Green Detective . He did his testing .knew what I was going through, someone sent him . He practically withheld charging me . I paid . He called me the next day . a Saturday after getting the results and told me get out of that house . He knew the house was dangerous when he walked in . Confirmation turned this man into a wonderful brother in Christ and a friend I’ll never forget . He helped me with everything . He explained to the insurance adjuster who happened to call as he was at my home and told of him this was dangerous and why hadn’t they taken care of this . Im a disabled veteran . I Went through all kinds of testing to find out after months that it was the mold . I hired an attorney and he promised to help me . His wife had ms like me. He let me down C. reed held a check in his file for a year . I could have replaced the roof . Mike went with me to my lawyer, to mediation .He was concerned . He fought . He stood up for me on his time . He drove me miles to my attorney. He was the best friend / green detective you’ll ever find. I can’t say enough . He saved my life . My house had to be totally taken down to the studs . I am just getting to live in it after 3 years . You won’t find a more caring and knowledgeable man .

If there were a silver lining to our horrible mold experience, it would be meeting Mike. You will not find better than him. He is a true gem of knowledge with a big heart. Mike is in this industry to help others and you will see that with how generous he is with his time and his Knowledge. I am so grateful to have had him during one of the most horrible experiences of my life. Dealing with mold illness, mold remediation during a pandemic is not for the weak hearted. Mike is the best!

Mike has helped to save my life -- literally. I had suspected mold for a month or so and was in hospital with pneumonia for a week right after Thanksgiving. Until I can find a new place to live I am not staying in the condo as owner is not cooperating. Only here an hour or so a day to work on computer. And I am going to have him check next place before I sign lease.

Mike was excellent. Drove 40 miles to see me. Very informative. Produced all the evidence that I needed that Mold was invasive and dangerous to my health. Provided lab and written reports. So don't bother looking any further. He is the BEST.

They helped find the mold right off he knew i had little money and said let's not waist any money let's just go for the specimen and boy he knew right where to go and found two kinds of black mold..then he even heped prepare me to go an talk to the manager of my apartment people..He still calls and sees how are things going ..hire him i have three more people in my complex who are..
