"The member purchased a 2008 Ford Truck with only 24,000 miles on it from us in April of 2010. The vehicle was sold As-Is with the balance of the Ford factory warranty. As it has been 10 months since the member purchased the truck and our records do not reflect any service visits since April 23, 2010, we are not sure to what items the member is referring. Our records show that we replaced the wiper blades for the member at No Charge on April 23, 2010. If there were any other concerns with the truck that would have been covered under the Ford factory warranty we would have offfered to take the truck to the Ford Dealership to have them repaired or he could have taken the truck directly to Ford at his convenience. Gator is obviously not responsible for factory defects covered by Ford. The member states in his comments that the Ford Dealership did in fact repair his truck under warranty. Gator is a localy owned business for 40 years with a good reputation in the local community. We strive to sell quality vehicles and ensure our customer's are completely satisfied with their sales and service experience."
