Gabriel Murphy and Co

Mr. Murphy inspected our home at our request on September 11, 2013. We enlisted his service because we had used his old company's services to do inspections in October 2007 and in the following year. We again went to him due to our past working relationship. Mr. Murphy came to our home, spent about half an hour doing his walk around. After he was done he took our check for $150, took the time to cash our check the very same day, we know this as the check showed up in our account as cashed the very next day and then he left town on a two day vacation with family. Our expectation from him was our reports would be provided over night by email as everything was now on his ipad and was very quick and easy to process. This is what he said as we were standing next to his vehicle while he had me sign his ipad and just before he left with our check. Since we paid Mr. Murphy now fifteen days and counting I have left almost daily request on his phone for our inspection reports, I have sent emails to his yahoo account and asked the better business bureau to contact him as well.Since there has been no response from Mr. Murphy, by phone, by email, by smoke single we enlisted the help of another inspection company to redo the Inspections so we could get our information to the insurance companies On October 21, 2013 Mr. Murphy committed to sending a refund check. Today is November 6, 2013, ten days from the time he committed to send the check and some 56 days since the inspection was done. To date we have not received an inspection report or a refund. I received a refund check from Mr. Murphy on 11/09/2013 and it was cashed today without difficulty. His new business address is 102 E New Haven Ave. PMB 144, Melbourne, Fl 32901.
