Gabbard Air LLC

This is a very belated review, but I still wanted to throw in my $0.02. Back in September of 2014, Gabbard Air installed a new A/C & condenser in my home. The day the work was scheduled, Robert's crew showed up promptly at 8 AM as they were scheduled. They had the old A/C unit completely removed and the new unit installed in about 5 hours. They were very professional and efficient. The new A/C slashed my electric bill by nearly half, so I've been very happy with it. This past summer the condenser quit working, and after getting in touch with Gabbard, he had a guy come out that afternoon who replaced a burned out capacitor, and never even charged me for the service call. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the cost and level of service I have received from Gabbard Air.

Stay away. He sends people out who don't know what they are doing.

Terrible. My house was under contract to be sold and he installed a unit that did not cool down the house. He came out twice telling me it worked fine. It was 98 outside and 88 in the house. When I complained he was rude and did not give me my money back.

Very good. Mr. Gabbard checked out the situation and informed us that our older ac unit had been hit by a power surge. You could see the damage done from it. He showed us all of the details and then explained our options to us. We decided to go with a newer unit instead of repairing the older unit since it had a good warranty. Mr. Gabbard is very professional and does an excellent job. He has come out to service our older ac unit in the past (just a quick check up). I would definitely use Gabbard air in the future for any heating or cooling needs.

Robert was on time, knowledgeable, professional and fair. He completed the job quickly. I have alot of confidence in this company and would absolutely hire again. I have recommended him to all my neighbors also. Date and price approx - as it was over a year ago!

As always, dealing with Robert is a pleasure. He shows up when he says he's going to show up..... He charges what he says he's going to charge..... and he does what he says he's going to do..... And on top of that he is one h*** of a nice guy. Don't bother calling anyone else for your A/C needs!

Called him and he responded same day, came out within one day. I work days, so he has excellent evening and weekend hours. Robert was very pleasant, explained to me exactly what he did. He even showed me a video on his phone of what he did, and I would highly recommend him. Very honest and dependable!

He is very good and he knows what he is doing. I would use him again in the future if I needed to.
