Good move. Only complaint is the negative comment he made to my wife about the brand of the piano. Yea it wasn't a high quality piano but the sentimental value is unmeasurable. That piano was my wife's piano when she was a child (approximately 40 years) ago.

It was an exceptionally good day. I contacted Frank after lunch from a recommendation on Angie's List, which I had joined and used over the weekend. Frank said he was on his way back from a stop and would call me on his way. Around 5:30, I spoke with Frank. He was on his way. He arrived and proceeded to to handle my piano with expertise and the love that I would show it.
He and his son worked in tandem with precision, wrapping, taking apart and loading the piano. I tacked on another request for an upright to be included. He added a fair fee and it was done. The entire time Frank and his son handled my treasures with the professionalism I could only hope for. Additionally, as I am new to the area, he was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. While placing my piano in my new home, he offered expert advise as to the best placement, which I greatly appreciated as it was a challenge due to the unusual space. Before he left, Frank brought and quot;coastersand quot; that he advised would protect the floor. WOW! I can not recommend this company more highly. It was exactly the contact I needed to make to meet all my music needs in the area. The father and son team was an IDEAL experience. I am so grateful for my first ever experience with Angie's list. Frank Campione has set the bar high. YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS MAN AND HIS COMPANY !

Excellent - on time, absolutly cared for my mother's piano like it was his own.

I bought a used piano on Craigslist. I called one moving company (not a piano mover) before calling Frank, but it was clear on the phone that Frank had more experience moving actual pianos than the lady I spoke to with the other company. He was available the very next day even though I'm about a 20 minute drive north. He arrived at the seller's home, did a careful dismantling, wrapping, and loading of the piano, then followed me to my home, where he unloaded it and reassembled it in my living room. Throughout the move Frank was both professional and friendly. I plan to use him for any future services I might need.
