Auto Body Work
Technician got bumper back to original position and cleaned up scratch marks. Took all of 5 minutes. No charge. Will go back later for different repair. And if will go back for any other repair.

You couldn't even tell the car had been in an accident. That's how good their service is. They were very professional and friendly. They explained what they were going to do and they got in done. Their turn around time was fantastic. They were great.

When I arrived, the owner Jimmy Francisco didn't remember me or giving me the $300 quote. When I showed him his business card with the quote written on it, he still didn't remember me. Then he said the $300 was only to remove the hood, paint it and put it back on the car. To do it right, which would be to blend the hood with the top of the fenders, it would cost $500. I had received other quotes around the $300 range which included blending the hood with the fenders, but Francisco's was close by and he was recommend by a local car lot so I decided to go with them. Talk about bait and switch. Quote me $300 and then when I take it in he tells me it will cost $500 to do it right. I told them I would go elsewhere.
