FLORIDA CARPET

Mike at Florida Carpet could not have been any more courteous and professional. I dropped the carpet off in the morning and received a phone call within a couple of hours that the job was complete. I picked up the runners and could not have been any happier. I highly recommend this business.

They did an excellent job, looks like brand new!

"Mike" trimmed and reglued the tapestry.  It looks brand new and will give us many more years of service.  He did not promise delivery before Christmas but did, in fact, have it ready on the 23rd.  He also has handmade carpets on display.  We will go there when we next need an area rug.  Very pleasant and accomodating. 

If there was a choice for an A-/B+ I used that grade. Overall, the carpet looks great and the installation was very well done.  We would use them again. There were some communication issues along the way that were minor but annoying & could have been eliminated to enhance the overall service.  For example, after we picked up samples they were supposed to call to discuss a date for scheduling a quote. We had to call back and it seems they misplaced our contact info. Then when it was time to come look at the staircase for a quote, they did not show because they could not find our house on their GPS and had to call to reschedule.  Our home is about 4 years old and does show up on google maps, mapquest, our own GPS, etc. but I believe they must have been using an outdated CPUS system.  Probably should have asked us for directions the day before if they were not familiar with where our home was located. Once we got the quote and gave the go ahead to install, they did however install earlier than planned and did a great job on the quality of installation.  

Overall from my perspective, the most important parts of the job- quality of installation & carpet, reasonable price and ability to install quickly (and ahead of schedule) earn them a solid recommendation.
