He did an excellent job, very thorough and was pleasant to work with.
At least two other condo units in our small complex followed our lead and had him refinish their terrazzo.

It went amazing well and the finished floors are beautiful. He and his apprentice were always there as scheduled and they worked long days. The project was completed on time.
He removed the doors and covered the walls to protect them. Also, to protect the corners, baseboards, and fixtures like the toilets, he got down on his hands and knees to remove the stains and polish. There are two sliding glass doors in the house leading to the outside. He removed the loose terrazzo that abutted the doors and redid the sills along the track,s effectively waterproofing under the doors. Since the house is on the beach, waterproofing is important during storms. Each evening he removed any debris and dust created during the day and at the end of the project he re-installed all the doors, removed the wall coverings and cleaned the finished floors.
On the business side, his contract and payment methods were done in a professional manner including a guarantee of his work. His price was reasonable for the magnitude of the job. I would recommend him because of his skill, professionalism, and work ethic.

Floormasters was very knowledgable and curtious. Carlos was very professional and his expertise was impresive. My floor was in very bad condition, but floormasters restored it to perfection. My floor now has a mirror like shine and I am very please with the job. i had hole in my floor and floormaster patched them to perfection. I would recommend floormaster to anyone who wants to have their floor restored. I praise thier competency and work ethic.

I selected Carlos based on his website that guaranteed and warranted his work. That was my first mistake. He also asked for half of the money up front. Another mistake. Carlos was suppose to remove ninety five percent of the stains and finish the floors to a high gloss. He sanded the floors one time and did not remove any of the stains. He left with 1475.00. I tried contacting him for my money, but he blocked my calls. He does not have a legitimate business and operates several phony websites. I am now forced to take him to small claims court.

"I have been doing business for ten years and I have never stated to none of my clients that 95 of the stains will come out. The contract that she signed states that stains might not come out. I was very clear to her that I could not guarantee that the stains will come up. Second, I did not sand the floor I diamond grinded her floor, big difference. It’s ludicrous that she is stating that I only did one step, I did more than half of my steps, and spent two weeks trying to chemically remove the stains. I started grinding at a 30 grit resin. This grit is very very aggressive; I then did four more steps along the way adding the chemical to try to remove the stains. I also filled over 200 holes by hand with terrazzo chips placing the chips in each hope, adding cement and sanding it the next day. I believe my work is first class. To just do the holes a contractor would have charge at least 900 dollars, if they can do it at all. When no one else would have touch this job I gave it a attempt because she wanted to try and seemed understood about the stains. Another point the price I charged was very reasonable it was way below the going rate. I am very fair and professional with all of my clients. I was always on time at this job site the only time I did not show up is when I was waiting for the chemical to do its job or it was Sunday. I believe if her complaint is posted it is defamation because it is not true and I will consult from a lawyer."
