Victor has been doing and outstanding job and the lawn looks great. If he has a concern he will call and advise us what he believes should be done. We rely heavily on Victors knowledge and his work can be seen in how well the yard looks. Highly recommend his services.

Victor always calls first and treats the lawn thoroughly. Unlike other companies, he isn't there and gone in 5 minutes. He is always willing to answer questions about the landscaping, even though he isn't paid to take care of that part of the yard. The lawn looks good.

We have been using them for over 15 years. They basically do weed and feed and spot treatment for an overgrowth of weeds or whatever. Basically, they do lawn care. If we have a problem, he will come out between visits if we see an overgrowth of a particular weed or something happening with the lawn. I have recommended him to so many people including my neighbors and so forth. I would definitely recommend him to any Angie's List member. I would continue to use them again in the future.

He does the lawn service every two months or in between if there is a problem. I've been using his service for about 4 months. When we moved into the house there were some drought spots on the lawn, but since he has been treating it, it looks great. He calls ahead to schedule even though it is an outside service and no call is required. Once he was driving by and saw my husband in the yard. Since he had not met my husband in person, he stopped by to introduce himself, even though no service was due.

I am looking forward to a long continued relationship with this company.

I have been using Expert Pest for 30 years! He knows what he is doing. He schedules when YOU want and he is in and out quickly. He is honest and professional. I am on a regular schedule with him and he calls ahead to schedule each visit. As a plus, he will ask if you are having any other issues he should address at each visit. He's A+++++

I have to write this up twice since my service is 'Pest control/Exterminating' and "Lawn fertilizing and treatment". I used to use another company including lawn and shrub fertilization, and their services were fine but their prices were astronomical. We got a number of quotes from competitors along with a customer list for each. When we drove by the homes that were being cared for by these companies, we began scrubbing the list down as the lawns and shrubs looked less than healthy. We were becoming frustrated until we spotted a neighbor who had a spectacular looking lawn and we stopped and asked them who they used. That is how we found this guy. Now our lawn is the best it has ever looked and neighbors we have never met before have stopped and complimented us on the appearance. He is a one man-operation so I suspect he will get booked up fast. I already had him start on our niece's lawn. And as far as the indoor pest control, he is thorough, competent and personable and if there is any problem he is right there and re-treats at no charge (hey, this is Florida so bugs happen). In a nutshell, this guy is great and very reasonable. I have him on an on-going contract where he treats the lawn and inside/outside pests every 2 months for $88 (a lot less than the other company's price and with better results!). He calls to schedule and is always on time.
