+ -1 moreWhen I looked at this house she assured me that I could put a pool in and that the previous owners had planned to do that themselves. After I moved in I found out that there was a septic tank there so I couldn’t put in a pool. Willis was so confident about it and since I didn’t know anything about septic tanks or codes in my area I believed. Not only can I not put in an inground pool but the city won’t allow me to put in an above ground pool. I bought this house believing that it would be the last house that I would have to buy. I ended up buying a new house that does have a pool already.
Description of Work: When I bought my house I told my agent, Melinda Willis, that I was looking for a house with room for a pool.
