About us
The owner Lowell K Everly II has been in the air conditioning and heating industry since 1977 and is a state certified air conditioning and heating contractor, Florida state license number CAC033649. Everly's Air And Heat is locally owned and operated and we treat you like family. We specialize in repair and replacement of existing systems and installation for new construction housing and light commercial. Our office hours are listed above. We have service techs on call up to 7:30 PM seven days a week. We repair only what is needed and replace only if necessary. All repairs are quoted before repairs are made. We won't be trying to sell you something you don't need. Our hourly rate is $ 80.00 hourly plus parts and freon. There is a trip charge for after hour's service depending on location. We consistently run coupons and discounts in the local advertizing media so be on the look out for those. All of our employees are employed by Everly's Air And Heat and we do not use subcontractors.
