Elite Pavers & Price Rite Painting Inc

I have used Elite Pavers previously for my driveway and walkway. This project was an extension of the walkway to my backyard and new patio. These guys show up exactly when they say they will...they tore out my old deck and laid the foundation for the new patio on a Monday and completed the job on Tuesday. They are professionals and excellent in their craft. Joe was my foreman and he was on site from beginning to end making sure I was kept informed of progress and checking with me on details to make sure things were done exactly the way I wanted.

I visited the office a couple of times to pick out pavers. I found the company to be disorganized and had difficulty finding samples in the warehouse. I had to dig through piles of samples to find what I was looking for. I guess the lack of follow-up and organization caused me to lose confidence in the company. They did a great job with the pool coping, separate review, but they seem to be all over the place. I would certainly give them another chance but I have a feeling the result would be the same. I decided to order pavers from another company that came out and spent some time considering design and patterns. I actually got some help.

We are very pleased with the final result. We got a few estimates and all were roughly equivalent on price. What sold us on Elite Pavers, in addition to friends recommendations, was the owner Tyler came out to provide the estimate and did a great job putting our vision on paper. They were able to do a specialized circular seating area with a different paver set to complement the main patio area, with no special charges for using the two types of pavers. The team that did the work was outstanding. They were professional and friendly and the work was done efficiently, from site preparation through laying of the pavers. Highly recommend!

Elite Pavers was very responsive in providing estimates for both the travertine pool coping installation and pavers for the entire patio. The travertine was installed on time and on budget. Jesus was the lead installer and did a great job supervising the crew and making sure the job was done correctly. There were 3 pieces of travertine that were not the best choice. I called Elite Pavers and they came right out and removed and replaced the three pieces of travertine coping. I am very pleased with the coping work and will likely use them to install the travertine on the new steps and pavers for the entire patio. Thank you for a job well done.

It was a pleasure working with a company that actually makes an appointment and keeps the appointment.  They were very professional and communicated very well with about start times.   The pool pavers now look brand new like when they were first installed.  The wood deck looks incredible as well.  Jerry was very pleasant to work with and the workers were also very  professional.  

The pool area looks brand new once again and ready for summertime fun.  I would highly recommend this company and will definitely work again with them. 

The gentleman that came to the house for the estimate was a good salesman.  I had several estimates provided from other companies and all were about 2/3 of the cost of this company but this company had me convinced that they were going to do a better job based on some of the things I was told that they were going to do and the others were not.  I am typically one who believes that you get what you pay for so I decided to go with this company for the work.



They came out when they said they would and it looked great when they were done.  As part of the estimate I was told that some of the pavers would need replacing due to stains that would likely not be removed during pressure washing and cracks in some pavers.  I was not able to be home when the work was performed but as soon as I could walk on the surface I immediately checked the pavers that were supposed to be replaced and found that not a single one was replaced.  I called the salesman and told him my issue, he was very nice and said that they would rectify the problem.  I waited a week and no one ever came out, I called again and was told sorry we will get out there this week.  I few pavers miraculously appeared stacked up on my driveway one day but none were replaced....I guess I was supposed to replace them myself.  I waited a week and the pavers remained stacked where they were left and still no one ever came out.  I called again and got the same song and dance...at that point a gave up.  I should have taken them to small claims court but I have better things to do with my time.



It is now a year later and the driveway looks just as bad as it did before the sealing work was performed and weeds are again starting to grow between the cracks.  I regret wasting the money on this service (or really wasting the extra money this company charged).  My neighbor seals his pavers himself and his looks amazing year round at a small fraction of the cost that I spent.  I would not recommend this service or this company.  Save your money!

The rear paver patio was badly mildewed.  Elite Pavers completely cleaned, installed new sand and then sealed the entire patio.  They did an excellent job and the patio looks like brand new.  I will certainly request their services if & when the patio needs resealing again.

They arrived on time.  Three people came to do this and it took about four days because they had to wait for the foundation to dry.  They were a nice bunch of guys, who did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.  They are very professional.

I like his punctually and professionalism.

Do not call this guy. Just save your self the stress and call any one else. He also ownes a company called price rite painting. Again just save your self the embarrassment of making the same bad decision my family and I did. At the end of the day he dose not care about anyone but him self.
