They come around every 3 months and take care of everything. I don't have a bug in the place. He did my original termite control and all that. It's $122.50 once a quarter. I don't have anything to base the price on but I guess it's an A. I wouldn't use him if he wasn't professional. I've got a plan with him. They've been doing my service for I don't know how many years.

The provider showed up after my 2nd call and provided a quote and start date to perform lawn treatment. I haven't heard from them since that point in time. I purchased products at a local store and dis the treatment myself

Service was very good.

It went really well.   Professional all the way.  We had been with a national franchise previously and it is a real pleasure to deal with an owner/operator.  Mike is knowledgeable and thorough. He takes time to make sure that you know what he is doing and why.  Really a class act.  You are NOT just an account number with Eco-One.

He goes above and beyond the call of duty. We pay him quarterly and we pay about $104.  They spray on the outside and they come in once a year inside.  They take care of the bugs.  He would make multiple visits and he is doing it all himself.  What he has done no other bug man has done before. He sweeps down the spider webs from the pool screen and he has got rid of black widows with the eggs.  He knows them and he gets rid of them for us which we didn’t even know we had. He showed us where the nests were and getting rid of the spider webs was a very big deal and no one has done that for us before. He is very knowledgeable about bugs and he comes right away when we call him.  He is thorough and he goes above and beyond what normal bug people do.  He customizes stuff according to your needs.

I trust him. He is very good and goes way beyond what is needed. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future.

We pay about $400 a year and spilt it up into quarters, so that would be $150 a quarter. I think that they are friendly and personable. They are also responsive and will call ahead and let us know when they are going to do the outside. We have had them do additional treatment inside and that has been easy to arrange.

Michael was able to work around my schedule which is not common in today's service industry, he performed the service, answered all my questions and even entertained my boys! He remembered my specific concerns from previous service and took care to address my needs.

Michael was prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He took all the time needed to answer all of my questions and to address each of my concerns.
