I was very pleased with Turbo's care.. He was obviously exercised, fed and groomed. He came home and took a nice nap and hasn't stopped wagging his tail. The employees there are friendly and caring. They never act rushed and they seem to take a lot of pride and enjoyment in the job. Their prices went up June 1st but still a good deal in my book. I know my dog is safe and sound.

Our dog gets dropped off in the morning before 8 am and we pick him up around 6 pm. He's usually tired from playing all day with the other dogs. The place is well-organized and the dogs are separated by size. The staff is very friendly and the place is always impeccably clean.  We wouldn't consider using another daycare for our dog.

We went out of town for a week and we were looking for a great place to leave our Boxer.
We did some research and came across Dog Spot Hotel, there reviews were wonderful, so we decided to give it a try.
We were blown away by the professionalism and cleanliness of the facility.
Our dog is rather large and does not get out much around other dogs.
The staff took GREAT care of him, being sure to take him out lots of times to play, feeding him as we had instructed, and just loving on him! He was very calm when he returned home!
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dog Spot Hotel to my friends and relatives.
We WILL be using there services again.
Totally worth the price to know that our dog is in good hands!

What a great place to board a dog! Gets to play all day and is matched with groups of like size and temperament. Better than leaving a dog in a normal kennel where they may be let out to run for 2 sessions of 15 min a day. Here they get out for hours playing with other dogs! Looking at the groups, it's amazing seeing them play, sleep and have fun without issues. Used their boarding several time and can't say enough about them. A genuinely caring staff and constant supervision of the dogs. Fantastic!!!

The took care of my dogs with love and care. I have a pitbull mix and they love him and he love to go there.

Service was goog. I believe my animals may have been infected with tics from this facility

While we were away, we asked our children to go by unannounced, and check on the puppies. The dogs seemed extremelyl happy and well taken care of. We have used another and quot;Aand quot; rated kennel in the area and paid alot more; granted they offered and quot;videoand quot; to check on them but they only took them out 3 times a day. If you wanted you dogs to have other time outside then you had to pay additional...semed like we were constantly nickled and dimed during their stay. That wasn't the case with Dog Spot. They told us upfront what the costs would be and that was exactly what the bill was. We were very happy, won't be going back to the other and quot;Aand quot; rated place...we'll be using Dog Spot.

I stopped in and was given a tour of the facilities. They seemed very clean and the dogs seemed very well cared for and happy. The company guarantees 6 hours of outdoor play time per day with the suite service either alone or with other dogs as you specify. I made a reservation. My son dropped the dog off with a lengthy set of instructions and warnings about the dog's behavioral problem. I had already discussed this with the manager and they were not concerned that it would be a problem. When I came to pick her up she seemed happy and mostly in good health although she had developed a rash that started on the top of her head and was spreading. I can only assume it was due to stress. They told me they had been treating the head with an antibiotic, but the spreading was new that day. Of course I have no way to know that. The rash disappeared over the next few days without a need for veteranary assistance. My biggest disappointment was that the person at the counter when we checked her out couldn't tell us anything about her stay. I was worried about her behavior issues and she said all she knew is none were reported. For the price I would have liked a bit more detail on how her stay went, i.e. did she eat ok, did she seem nervous, did she play when outside or just sit....they couldn't tell me anything about how her stay had gone for her. I also would have like to have been notified by email about the rash when it first developed. They said she came in with it, but my son says he didn't see anything on her head before he dropped her off.
