Excellent job! We were very happy with the work performed. They work very hard and it was a high quality job. We plan on having them restore the terrazzo in our 3 bedrooms.

We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen and connected laundry room.  Original terrazzo floor showed lack of care from years of neglect.  Kitchen floor had been covered with linoleum tiles for a long, long, time.  Removal of the linoleum left adhesive residue as well as distinct stains in the terrazzo showing wear the tile seams had been - a 'gridline' of stain.
Diane and Tony checked out the situation ahead of time and advised us the gridline would most likely leave a 'shadow' in the terrazzo that would remain even after the restoration.  She also provided a very reasonable quote for their services.  We set a date, two days actually, for them to work on the floor.
They arrived on time, a little early, on the agreed on date and began work immediately.  After a couple of hours it became clear to them the shadows of the linoleum seams would remain visible despite their best efforts.  They sent me a picture of the floor, advised me regarding the shadows, and asked me if I wanted to proceed.  (That's pretty nice - having the option of stopping the restoration and going another direction, such as tile or whatever!)  We opted to continue.
When I arrived home Di's was just finishing up.  The second day we had scheduled would not be needed!  And the floor looked great!  We did see the shadows from the linoleum seams, but they are not bad and may not even been noticed by visitors.  The floor is beautiful AND it is polished and impregnated with a substance that seals the stone itself, not just the surface, against further damage.  Maintenance will consist of a damp mop periodically with a mild cleaning solution.
We are stoked!  And looking forward to having Di's restore the floor in our main living area sometime next year.

I am very pleased with the job they preformed.

They were very helpful, prompt, and came on short notice. They responded to call and showed up for work in a timely manner. I did not want the floor diamond grinded, but the work they did was very good, and they were professional and friendly. There had been a rug on this floor for several decades which left it stained with the under color of the rug. They were not able to get the stain out of the terrazzo completely, but very close to it. It would not be noticeable to the casual observer now. I will definitely call them to clean the rest of my terrazzo in the future.

Everything was fine. They were fast, cheap and very good. They were very responsive. They were here within fifteen minutes of my call to give me an estimate. I would definitely use them again in the future.
