These "Computer Experts" could not or CHOOSE not to tell me that the problem with my laptop was my power supply and not the actual laptop. So they basically charged me $129.00 for charging my laptop battery! When I picked up my laptop the General Manager told me we opened up the back of the laptop and disconnected everything and then reconnected it again and poof it worked! He said he was not sure why but it works now! When I got home the laptop worked until it needed to be charged. I plugged it in to charge and came back later, it would not turn on AGAIN! I called them right away and was told that the first power supply they had tried (mine) would not work so they went and got a different power supply which did work and everything was fine. They asked me to bring it in again! I decided to try a brand new power supply first and GUESS WHAT HAPPENED? The laptop now charges and turns on! I, an almost 60 yr old lady, figured out the issue myself, I called them and told them and they DENIED, DENIED, DENIED and then they were belligerent and extremely rude! They refused to provide even the bare minimum of Customer Service! If I could give them zero stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent, Followed technician advice....he deleted old video drivers that may have been corrupted with Windows 10 Update....upon restart new video drivers were installed and problem ceased to exist. Very happy!

Told me fees up front and what the fees were for extra work and if I really needed the work done are not. They were very easy to work with and I will use the again.

Data Doctors always does a great job.  They are totally outstanding in selling and supporting their products.
I recently brought in the computer I had purchased a year ago.  They checked it out for me and did not charge for the service.  The company sells good products at a reasonable price and supports them well.

The technician, Erin, at Data Doctors, first spoke to me on the phone and quoted me a price for transferring all the computer files and folders from my desktop system to my new laptop. I was able to bring my computers in the same day, and everything was completed by early afternoon of the next day. Additionally, he provided a back up disc of all the information on my desktop, and kept a copy of my hard drive on file for 30 days  in case there were any future issues.. On the following day, he graciously answered questions I had as a result of the transfer.  If I were  to require any additional computer work, I would not hesitate to contact Data Doctors.

When I called the receptionist was cordial and efficient.  I live nearby, so I took the computer in and spoke to the technician.  He called me within 2-3 hours to let me know what the problem was and what my options were.  I gave a telephone authorization and they performed the work.  The computer was ready to pick up the next afternoon.  When I picked the notebook up, the technician went over the repairs with me and made suggestions for security software to prevent additional occurrences.   He set a schedule for daily virus updates while I was there, based on my computer use pattern.  It was all very professional and extremely courteous.

I took my old computer in because of memory capacity problems. I decided to replace it with a new one for $549. They credited me back my $59 service charge, installed Windows 7, transferred all my files, answered all my questions. Highly recommended.
