They were not timely, the installation was pretty sloppy. The actual cabinets were high quality, but the installation left something to be desired. They ewre not courteuous and I would not recommend them.

We signed a contract on Oct 12th, with an agreed upon completion date of Oct 25th, and gave Mike Bugenske, owner, $1000 up front (out of $1850 total). He missed 2 appointments with us, and never even called. He had agreed to do an unrelated small job for $100, an un-negotiated price, but later backed out . At one point, he got real nasty, and we had to call the police to get some of our own materials back. He finally completed the original job on Dec 11th, 7 weeks late
