Appliance Repair
I had them come out to look at my refrigerator and they wanted to charge extra to fix the fridge. I was upset that they were charging extra because I have a service plan with them and the work should have been included. They looked at the fridge to make sure it was ok and they said that it was. Now I am having issues with the fridge and it's 6 months later and they haven't returned my phone call.
