John Clancy has an eye for beauty of design, and the ability to bring your vision to life. He is easy to work with, and amenable to changes during construction. His charges for such changes were always reasonable. He made many useful suggestions during this project, and was reliable on agreed times for various activities. We recommend John Clancy without reservation.

John was very easy to work with. Highly professional from start to finish. Coordinated all the subs and supervised there work.

The plans for the project were created by a local architect.  The provider was  the successful bidder for the project with a very competitive price.  During the course of the job he encountered unforseen conditions of rotten wood and termite damage.  The damage was repaired with high quality workmanship and at reasonable expense.  The provider took great care to insure that the addition dovetailed in appearance with the original structure.  The end result is an addition that does not look like an addition, but rather like it had always been there.  He provided weekly schedules for each week, and was on the jobsite almost every day, as he self-performed the majority of the work.  He seemed to work well with the architect to resolve issues with the plans.  He cleaned the jobsite at the end of each work day.  The roofing subcontractor seemed unfamiliar with the Peel 'n Stick underlayment specified for the roof system, and had to do some rework of the underlayment as a result.  Overall, this provider was very good to work with, and I am very satisfied with the results of his efforts.
