I was a little upset when I didn't see the fix Jalousie/ Awning window yellow page ad in the Cocoa phone book at work, but when I got home and looked in my Melbourne phone book...there it was...I KNEW I'd seen it before. I HATE single hung windows, pets can escape...rain can get in...half that great ocean air is blocked. I just feel more secure in a house with Awning or Jalousie windows....so was VERY relieved to see their ad. Pattie and Chuck are great....I STILL can't believe they were able to fix a couple of those Awning windows, arms were broken and rivets were popped, 50 years a block away from A1A the salt air had been a little h****** them...but amazinly they are now fully functional and easily closed and opened. And my sliders over at the other house, WOW, I don't think they slid that well when I put them in in 1994. Was a pleasure to work with them. They gave me maintenance tips, were accepting of my suggestions and again I can't believe those windows work again. It's truly incredible. I thought for sure they would come and say ...oh can't be repaired...they'll need to be replaced. But no they were repaired and for less than the cost of the installation of a new window...not to mention the cost of a new window...or damage to the stucco...etc etc. I can highly recommend them.
