Will not use this company again. Paid $925 to have a back pressure relief valve installed at my place of business and it failed the city’s first inspection. When I contacted them I was told to call someone else. I was told their warranty for labor had expired— it was installed 18 months ago. It should last for years. The owner had no interest in talking to me much less coming out to inspect it to see what the problem was. I was relegated to the receptionist. My commercial neighbors who used someone else have had zero issues. I guess I should have known better since Carl Kandiko's business card has an image of a man with his head in a toilet. Steer clear of this plumber.

The plumber is deceptive, didn't describe the job, took a short cut, but still charge the same amount as the job done correctly. When I disputed the job and charge, he put a lien on my property. After I made the payment, 30 days later, still didn't remove the lien. When I inquired about it, he replied that due to Covid-19, they are social distancing. At the same time, the court house is open. They have no worries about the virus when they went to the bank cashing the check, but have worries when comes to remove the lien. Especially there is a clause on the check, to remove the lien 7 days after cashing the check. He doesn't care about the customers. All he cares is about making the most of money out of you. Do your self a favor, use somebody else.

Eric arrived during the planned 90 minute window for my existing dishwasher removal and new installation. The process was completed successfully. Eric was friendly, professional, and performed a quality installation.

I was not shocked that a plumber could do plumbing. I was absolutely shocked by the integrity and professionalism that I witnessed. We would all be happy to find this in our everyday situations. I now have plumbing that works, no more go to this room for that and this room for this (leave it to your imagination). Clean, neat and very professional. Note: I did not have a kitchen or either bathroom that were 100%. Thank you Carl!

I was extremely pleased with the service.  Carl called me precisely when Lowe's said he would.  We set an appointment for the next day with a 90 minute window.  He arrived 45 minutes into that window!  He is both friendly and professional.  The installation went smoothly, as did the removal.  My kitchen was left spotless.  The cost of $136 was determined by Lowe's and I consider it extremely reasonable for delivery, installation and removal, based on comparison I did while shopping other retailers.  I would definitely recommend Carl Kandiko Plumbing to neighbors and friends.
