We could not have asked for better. Marcos and his team delivered the perfect addition. Final cost was a mere 1 % over the original estimate and given all the changes we made that was completely expected. They also delivered on time. Best of all was how nice it was doing business with Marcos. He always worked around my schedule, coming before I left for work or after I got home. Amazing. They constructed nearly the entire addition before breaking through into our home keeping all the dust outside. They worked neat, cleaning up every day. Neighbors mentioned this to us often. When the City inspector came out he pulled me aside and told me that CAG did such quality work that he would use them if he needed someone. Remarked that they didn't do the minimum...if one hurricane strap was needed they but two. We are constantly getting comments on how beautiful and seamless the addition looks. I tell people that you might get lucky and find someone as good as Marcos & CAG but you will not find better.
