They are extremely honest and take the time to explain to you what the issue is with your car. My first experience with them was my battery kept draining. I went to another mechanic and they replaced my baterry twice and then decided it would cost me $700 to fix my car. I took to C&D for a second opinion and they realized the fan was running after the car was shut off and it was running my battery, Not only did they fix it for no charge but they also charged my battery for me until the new battery was in stock (under warranty) the following day. There were two other times I went there and they took care of me free of charge. I now bring my car there for all oil changes and recommend them.
Recent experience was with my Honda Pilot. Air conditioner was not working and the car was ready to overheat. I had a 3 hour
trip ahead of me and had to leave that afternoon. I brought the car in that morning and they had it running perfect by mid-afrernoon. The family was happy as we drove 3 hours with air conditioning. It has been 6 weeks and the air conditioning is still working well in the Florida heat.

I have a 13 year old car and they take care of everything -- oil changes, windshield wipers, tires, everything. They're very honest. Their service is excellent. They're not patronizing to women. They're terrific people. They're very proactive and listen. If you ask, "Can you please drive my car," they drive your car and come back and tell you if there's something wrong. If there's nothing wrong, there's nothing wrong. Their prices are very reasonable.

professional Over the years I have performed most services on my vehicles myself because I could not find a service center and technician who could provide not only professional service but also at a reasonable price. I have to say that Steven and C & D Auto Center offer the best of both worlds. I started out coordinating the service via email - which they responded to promptly and coordinated leaving the vehicle for service. Service was performed as promised and my wife shares they had a most professional tone when they called to let us know the work was complete. Picked up the vehicle and am very, very pleased with the service and the attention to detail. We will certainly be back again for all of our service needs and can recommend them to anyone requiring vehicle service. Impressive to find such service in today's marketplace!

I made arrangements to replace the shocks on my Chevy Express. This vehicle is an RV camper modification that greatly increased the weight and raised the center of gravity. I needed heavier shocks than OEM. I thought my choice of shocks for this vehicle was made clear and even asked to sign the order form for the shocks. I was told that wasn't necessary and I left without signing the order form. I picked up the RV after the shock replacement to find the shocks were from the company I specified but not the heavy duty shock I ordered. When I pointed out the problem the manager checked his notes and talked to me briefly about what shocks I thought I had ordered. He said that he would replace the shocks the following workday with the heavier shocks. I picked the RV up the next day with the heavy duty shocks installed. From what I can determine the heavy duty shocks are more expensive than the ones originally placed on the RV. The manager was pleasant and gave me a receipt for the heavy duty shock replacement without added cost.
Although this transaction did not go smoothly I was very pleased with the outcome. I have chosen C & D for all of my previous work because I believe that I can trust them to do the right thing. They proved that with this last transaction.
