I went down to their facility. I waited about less than 5 minutes for someone to help me. They were very friendly. They were very quick with the service. I was happy with the overall result.

Right now I have the Triple Play that has some premium channels. I've had a lot of issues with them, in the fact that there have been multiple visits. When they set-up the cable I had the wrong boxes, I had a couple of little boxes that were constantly taken back because, there was something wrong with them. When I call on the phone, they are pleasant enough, I don't like the services. I don't like the channels, I'm actually thinking about looking to someone else. There's not a lot of choice here where I live. I went with them because, they could come on the day that I wanted them too. I don't think they are that good, I don't like the products, and I pay extra to have a higher speed because, sometimes I work from home, and I don't notice any difference. If I take my laptop, I have to log in a lot if the WIFI goes down. The channel selection and the programming, it's so lacking. I think if I'm paying $250, I think I watch four channels. My husband is always complaining about it. The last time I called the gentleman had a bit of an attitude, it didn't get resolved. I don't like them, and I don't like anything about them. I think it's expensive.

Internet and phones were intermittent and very unreliable. TV worked most of the time.  After numerous service calls over the course of a year so, reliability improved slightly, but up-time was probably still less than 75% and the internet and phones still never seemed to work when needed. Also, we couldn't stream a movie without it being interrupted at least once or twice by the internet access dropping. The quality of service was horrible and extremely frustrating.  My kids were having to use their phone data (cellular) to do their homework!! Despite the poor quality, we had to continue to pay full price of course. 

After continually trying to find a way to blame it on me at the start of each service visit, the techs eventually said it was caused by squirrels chewing on the distribution lines, but this seems a bit far-fetched.  We eventually changed providers last June and I wish we had done it years sooner! I didn't realize how poor the service was until we finally had internet service that works reliably.  I would never recommend BHN, as  I think the quality of their service is very poor, particularly given the price. Lighting speed doesn't do you any good when it doesn't work! Much happier with 45mbps that stays on all the time, and the upstream speed is faster than cable, so it works great for remote work connections.

We have BHN at our office downtown and I must confess that it is much more reliable, albeit far pricier for business service.  It also takes some effort to manage the accuracy of the bills and to ensure we occasionally renegotiate the service terms and cost.  They seem to take advantage if you are not paying attention.  I have to call BS on the "Hello Friend" marketing campaign. I'm not a fan of BHN at all, and they are certainly no "Friend" as they attempt to brand themselves. In contrast,they have been the pretty much the opposite of a friend and one of the worst service companies I have had the misfortune to work with.

every time i call bright house, they have a guy out the next day. our modem died one night. we called, they couldn't do anything over the phone, but were very friendly like they always are. and helpful too. a senior tech came out the next day, on saturday, and was able to find not only was our modem bad, our line had a big signal loss. he rewired our smart panel too and removed an amplifier we didn't need. replaced the modem, ran a temp cable outside, and scheduled service the next business day to bury the new cable. they have been awesome every time i have ever called them. i hope that charter is equally as good.

Several service and technical assistant calls were made.   Of the 4-5 different people I spoke with, one was totally useless and was in a hurry to dump me and run.  All the rest were helpful with advice and/or cable and router replacement.   The last call totally fixed the problem I was having.

.I have been with them for years. They sent out a technician that day or the next day if I have any issues. I pay for a bundle - TV, phone and 3 boxes, computer with WIFI. They take care of all of that. Their services is very good. I have never had to wait!  They also provide telephone support. I am impressed with their service.

When you do call them on the phone for any problem, they will help you figure it out.  If you cannot still figure it out, they will come out in that same day.  Their service is excellent.  They are really good, patient and helpful.  However, their pricing is a little bit higher than some of the others.

Avoid Mark Paltan in Business Sales (407) 215-8395 at ALL COSTS. This guy completely trashed my order, did not follow ANY of my directions, and botched my move so badly that I lost upwards of $10,000 in sales because people couldn't call me for an ENTIRE WEEK. The instructions were clear and simple and IN WRITING. But Mr. Paltan failed to communicate my new number, the name of our company, the correct address, and the 411 directory listing. To this day, I still have customers call my number and tell me that AT&T cannot connect my call, and they offer COMPETING SERVICES. Tech support stepped in a week later and couldn't figure out this mess. I still have my original copies, IN WRITING. I emailed, faxed and mailed them, but no one seems to be able to find my paperwork. This was the absolute WORST service I have EVER received from any telecom company. Stick with AT&T.

I have used them since I have had cable. I have never gone away from them. They have always satisfied me. The quality of work has always been exceptional. They are always responsive when I have had issues. Nothing has ever happened that would make me go to another service. I am too satisfied to go elsewhere. I think they are very competitively priced. They are always there when they say they will be there. They are very professional people. I will continue to use this provider.

A part of the price is paid by the condo complex but we pay the difference between the basic service and having all those things.  They provide voice mail as well but we don't use it.  Their service is excellent.  We've never had any trouble.  They come down every year.  They have been very good about having appointments available and coming at the time of appointment.  They aren't any surprises and their charges are what they are supposed to be.  They are prompt in showing up for the installation.  They do a good clean job.  We have no problems at all.  The technician comes out to set things up each year and he has done that several times.  They are punctual and professional.  The main thing is that they aren't any surprises or hidden charges.  I've dealt with a different company who had every scheme you could think of the sneak end and charges that they didn't tell you about.  We've never had that with Bright House.

They did not call or show up until 4:45 p.m. I had called them about 3-4 times to know the status. Each time I called them, they told me that they would be there in 15 minutes; they were lying. Later, when the first gentleman came out, he was unable to do the job as he did not have the material. He had to call someone else. They could not get the cable hooked up correctly. It required someone else come out on Saturday morning and to do the work. They are huge company. They have a monopoly in the area with cable, internet, and telephone services. They have several offices. I think the work was expensive, but it would be added to the bill. They had to run new cable lines and new telephone lines. My house is old; it was recently renovated. The last time something was updated was almost 20 years ago. I got the whole bundle of services from them-the cable, the internet, and the telephone. When they did the work, it was working fine. Once I returned from dinner, the cable was out again. It was a bad experience. I have dealt with them before and they have been good. However, it was an unusual situation this time around. So, I would rate them poorly.
