Rob did a great job!! I bought an old Gary Fisher at an estate sale. He replaced the tires, tubes, and fixed the alignment all at a great price. He also showed me how to take the wheel off my bike for transporting it in my small car. Thanks a lot! Very friendly service, will use again! :)

We used them, and really liked them. My husband goes there and buys all his parts, and he also bought his bicycle there. He keeps going there because they do everything right, and he never has any problem with them. A couple of times he went there and they fixed it right on the spot. If it was something major, and it wasn't they didn't even charge him. He is very satisfied with everything. He tried a couple of other places, then he went there, and he has never gone anywhere else.

We had to change the hinges ourselves as that was not something he does. However, we were able to accomplish the changes. 
This was a job I wanted done for a long time. I had many questions and he answered all and got use quality hardware.

They were very cautious in making sure I was who I claimed to be. The gentleman who made the service call was outstanding. I would recommend Jim a hundred times over for his professionalism, quality of work and cautiousness. I could not have asked for a better service call.

They weren't the greatest. We ended up having to replace the lock again afterwards, there was an issue there.

Locksmith offered to come and do the work on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule.
Locksmith and his helper worked carefully around my marble floors, my window treatments and my furniture so as not to get any oil on anything but the locks.
When work was finished all materials used were cleaned up and taken away - no mess was left anywhere in my home.
Locksmith and helper were friendly, polite and efficient.

The gentleman they sent was very polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.  He helped us make economically sensible and effective selections to protect our home.  He explained that our inside garage door had special hinges meaning the pins could not be popped and the door removed unless it was open quite a bit, and that we didn’t need to replace that door.  We just added a deadbolt.  This integrity was greatly appreciated as it saved us a good bit of money and hassle.  He showed up on time.  The workmanship was great, and we got a fair price for very good service.  We’ve been doing business with these folks for years, including the bicycle side of the business.  They won’t beat the chain stores on price, but the product they carry is well worth the extra money, and they stand behind what they sell—be it locks or bicycles.  They are a great, local, small business, and well worth supporting.

I called at approximately noon and work was done by 4PM same day.

I called for service around 10:15 am and he met me at 11:30 am on the same day.  The man showed up exactly when he said he would.  He showed me some things about the lock and then changed it.    I had an excellent experience with this company.
