Was a bit more complicated than i expected as they needed to coordinate with the propane company, but they installed the generator and did all the wiring in 1 day, then came back once the gas guys did their thing to hook up and test the generator...the technicians were efficient and good guys...would definitely recommend.

Brevard Electric was very responsive to our needs and worked us into their schedule and completed the work that was needed. The owner, Terry, promptly quoted the work and the administrative staff scheduled the electricians promptly. They were responsive to phone calls and always pleasant. The electricians were professional, quick and cleaned up as they worked. I would highly recommend their services to others.

They were good. They are my go to people for electrical. If anything comes up I call them first. I think they had two guys here. It depends on what's needed. I think we was done for a couple hours. They took care of my problem. I had a problem and they fixed it and I didn't have a problem anymore.

Pretty good.  The work was done completely and professionally.  I had a concern about the labor charge but my concern was addressed and resolved in a way that made me feel that I was being treated fairly.

Also had a problem getting the barn light to work properly.  After a couple of visits, it was determined that there was a defective part.  The part was replaced at no extra charge.

I called Brevard Electric for an estimate and they promptly came out . They gave a very reasonable price and I asked them to do the work. They scheduled a date to do the work and I scheduled the soffit people for the next day to finish the soffits. The Soffit people called on their date and said the electricians had wires hanging down and they didn’t finish their work and couldn’t put up the soffits. I called Brevard Electric office and they said the guy they sent out didn't know what he was doing so he left. My question is why did they not call me so I could reschedule the soffit people. Then I had to repeatedly call Brevard electric to get a new date. They never called me. When they finally came they did a good job. The soffit people came and then Brevard electric was suppose to come back the next day to put the lights up but didn’t show and I had to repeatedly call them to schedule another date. Even though they kept saying they would call me. Everything was finished it looked good but late the next night the residents heard what sounded like a loud gunshot and the light over unit 24 had exploded and there is a large black ring around the new white soffits. So I called the after hours emergency number because I was afraid of an electrical fire. Left a message and no one called me back. At that time I also left a message on the main number and the following morning they didn’t call me back I called the office the next morning and they said they would send someone out. I voiced my concerns about electrical issues and fire and the black smoke ring on the soffits. No one showed up that day or the next so I called them again and then they sent someone the next day. The communication is terrible they never returned phone calls. I always had to call them over and over. Both times I called about the light exploding I asked if it would be possible to also replace the 3 other spot lights and they said they would have someone look at it. On the day they finally came out to address the issue with the exploding light, one of the residents asked if they were going to do the spot lights and they said no one told them about it. I called again this morning to ask their intentions about the spot light but of course they never called me back. I am calling another company to do the other 3 spotlights.

Dwight and Jon did a great job under less than ideal circumstances. It was very wet because the pump wasn't getting power. Wished they could have got out sooner. Would use and recommend Brevard Electric again.

Brevard Electric showed up on time, discussed the problem with me and we found a solution for it. The electrician who came and his assistant were nice, explained everything and were very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again for electrical work.

Excellent. I had purchased the main on/off switch prior to contacting Brevard Electric. I sent photos of both the old and replacement main on/off switch for their review. It was decided the switch I purchased could be use. They sent me a bid. The appointment time was set. Their professionals arrived early and installed the switch without any problem. It was very easy to work with this company.

Most of the work went very well, the electrician was polite and courteous and his work was good. He didnt have his normal truck -said it was in the shop so he didnt have the outlet that would usually be part of the parts on the truck, so he had to go to a parts house close by. This added to the time, but he said he didnt charge me, so I guess that was all right. The only problem I really had was he had his helper change out the wall electrical socket. I previously told him I always hired electricians to do my electrical work as I didnt feel comfortable having a handyman do my electrical work, so knowing that, I dont know why he had his helper change the wall socket. The helper was having problems changing out the electrical socket, it kept arcing and zapping. It actually caused my TV to turn on and off. The helper seemed concerned about the arcing and went outside to discuss it with the electyrician who apparently said it was ok, but he never came in to even oversee his work. The helper told me he had only been employed for a month, so he had very limited experienced and was not a licensed electrician, nor was he being overseen by one. The electrcian was out in the truck while this was going on and I had to go get him. I told him if he was going to have his helper do the work, he should at least be in the house overseeing the work. At this point he came inside and gave the helper some advise and eventually took over and finished the job. Up to this point I was happy with the work, but the way the wall socket replacement was handled kind of ruined my opinion of the job. I probably would use this company again, but I would make it known that I only wanted a licensed electrician to do the electrical work. My rating would be higher if not for the way this part of the job was handled.

Servicemen arrived on time and were very pleasant. We went over the work to be done and they went about their business. Pricing was very reasonable and would definitely recommend.

Crew of two showed up at appointment time and after reviewing the job, immediately got to work. They were polite, neat and professional; worked quickly and completed the entire job in about one and a half hours. Each fan was tested to make sure that everything worked. (which it did) Clean up was not a problem as they made no mess and put the removed fans and parts, as I asked, on my balcony.

COMMENT: I'm always apprehensive, when hiring a service provider for the first time; but this time I picked the right company and I am more than satisfied with the results.

Great! The guys were professional and very helpful in meeting my immediate needs to keep the kitchen remodel on schedule. I called to request pricing on surge protection and dryer outlet upgrade.  Angela was terrific on the phone.  My dryer was being delivered the next day and I need the outlet upgrade, and she arranged to have it scheduled that day.  I had also been wanting surge protection for my 60-year-old home, and she provided me with pricing options.  
The guys that came out were very efficient, professional, and nice to boot.  I highly recommend this company.
